NewMexicoMedicare.org is published by Benefits Life (“we”). This policy covers this website only. Read more about us.
What we collect
- Call requests. If you ask an agent to call you, the form sends your name, phone number, ZIP code, best time to call, and any note you add to the one agent you chose, by email, with a copy to Benefits Life. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent it. This site does not store your request. Please don't include your Medicare number, Social Security number or health details. You can't create an account here.
- ZIP code plan lookup. If you enter a ZIP code to see plans, your browser sends that ZIP code straight to PlanMatchMedicare.com, a plan comparison site from Benefits Life. This site does not store it.
- No cookies of our own. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits, pages viewed, and referring sites without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
We use visit statistics to see which pages help people and to improve the site. We do not sell or share information from this website for advertising.
Calls and other websites
If you call 505-MEDICARE (505-633-4227), TTY 711, you speak with a licensed insurance agent, and anything you choose to share on the call is used to answer your questions and help you with Medicare plan choices. Links to other websites, including Medicare.gov, MedicareAgents.com, MedicareResourceCenter.com, and PlanMatchMedicare.com, lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
